EXECUTIVE COACHING FOR HIGH PERFORMING MANAGERS & LEADERS

In today's fast-paced world, our priorities and goals often get lost in the shuffle as numerous demands compete for our time.

Through executive coaching, we work with high performing managers and senior leaders to sustain their performance. We also specialize in working with professional women faced with the added demands of a two-career family. 

 

As your trusted, objective thought partner, we help you:

  • clarify what is really important to you
  • identify key priorities and goals
  • work through critical business issues/goals
  • define concrete action plans
  • follow through on those plans

EXECUTIVE COACHING FOR WOMEN



High performing women in the workplace still face unique challenges as they juggle the roles of spouse, mother, and career woman.  It’s easy for women to end up at the bottom of a long list of “to do’s” or perhaps not even end up on the list at all. 

It’s no secret that women often take on a lot, have high expectations of themselves, and may be reluctant to ask for help.   Their priorities shift over time, with a natural progression through the following stages:

  1. Career advancement – how can I progress quickly in my career?
  2. Balance – how can I create a life that extends beyond my career?
  3. Fulfillment – how can I make my career more gratifying?
  4. Legacy – how can I continue to develop myself and make a difference?

Our toolkit and coaching process helps women successfully navigate through each of these stages, keeping their priorities at the forefront.

Women With Impact: The Ultimate Leader

This individual coaching package is designed for the high performing woman to take her leadership to the next level while recognizing the significant personal and professional demands in her life.

WOW! Women On the Way to Peak Performance

This group coaching program is for high achieving women in management or leadership roles, ready to accelerate their results and take their performance to the next level. Group size is limited to eight participants to provide a personalized experience that also allows group members to serve as a resource to one another.

Boosting Your Productivity: One-Day Virtual Retreat

This one-day virtual retreat is designed for experienced, high achieving women professionals interested in taking their performance to the next level.  Topics include managing your energy, building your emotional intelligence, and leveraging your strengths. Each of these areas have a huge impact on leadership success. Through a combination of focused exercises and discussion from the comfort of their office or home, participants can expect:

  • strategies to boost or renew their energy
  • better awareness of their emotional intelligence (e.g., self control, impact on others, self awareness, understanding of organizational dynamics)
  • possible performance derailers
  • specific actions to apply strengths to derailers and critical goals

Group size is limited to eight participants.

Jumpstart Your Career Transition: One-Day Virtual Retreat

This one-day virtual retreat is designed for high achieving women who want to jumpstart their career transition. Through a combination of focused exercises and discussion from the comfort of their home or office, participants can expect:

  • clarity on their mindset during the transition
  • strategies to boost their energy
  • clarity on their strengths and passions, and where they overlap
  • key elements that must be present or absent in their next role
  • actions they can take to immediately put their network to work

Group size is limited to eight participants.

COACHING & DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

ASSESSMENTS

Neena Newberry is certified to administer the MBTI®, CPI 260™, Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment (SEI), Leadership Practices Inventory, and FIRO-B® assessment tools and also facilitates workshops using these tools.
